NB Express Return Policy

If in any event that you had an accrued balance at the end of the school year, or you are no longer with the school for which you had made an on-line pre-payment deposit, you may be qualify for a partial or full refund. You are required to contact us within 30 days of your departure to qualify for a refund. All requests for refund must be via email or letter to Navin Brothers and it should clearly states the student name, student identification number, grade at time of departing the school, school name and address, and parent or guardian information. Navin Brothers will contact you within 14 days, from date of receiving your request, for any discrepancies. Please feel free to contact us at 860-817-8833.
